  • Vendor submissions are subject to approval by Racing America. We will notify you of final approval status.
  • You are responsible for and must pay any sales tax on the sales of your products.
  • Racing America is not responsible for any damage to your property or bodily injury.
  • Cancellations must be received 21 days prior to the event in order to receive a refund.
  • Subleasing booth space is not permitted unless authorized in writing by Racing America staff.

By submitting payment, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions, You agree to hold the event owner of the property where the event is held, harmless.
