The Watkins Glen SpeedTour is an event for the whole family so join us for the full weekend; one day won’t be enough! SpeedTour will feature racers and cars from Sportscar Vintage Racing (SVRA) and International GT (IGT).
The annual Grand Prix Festival, held on Friday in downtown Watkins Glen, commemorates the early sports car races that took place on a 6.6-mile course laid out on village streets. The high point of the Festival is the Grand Prix reenactment, with SVRA race cars driving the original Watkins Glen street course to the cheers of 20,000 enthusiastic spectators.
Memorable track action and a unique downtown festival combine for a great weekend in the scenic Finger Lakes region of New York. It doesn’t get any better!
SVRA – Vintage Racing
The Sportscar Vintage Racing Association (SVRA) is the largest and one of the oldest Vintage racing organizations in the United States. Historic racing cars, restored to original racing specs with modern safety equipment for driver protection, compete on historic race tracks.
PSSA – Prototype Sprint Series
The Prototype Sprint Series Association presented by Hankook is designed to host prototype race cars in a sprint race format at some of the most iconic road courses in America hosting a variety of Radical, Ligier, Revolution and Wolf prototypes.
International GT
The North American racing series includes three championships where late-model Porsche and Ferrari drivers compete on track at the same time for individual class honors in their own and exclusive International GT run group.
